In my opinion, the addition of fresh salmon Yee Sang is a plus. For semi buffet, each table will be given a plate of Yee Sang. As for buffet, you can take it from the food counter and “lao” it from your table. For main course, personally I prefer the black chicken soup. Pumpkin sauce tiger prawn is a new recipe which some may need time to get used to. I like the orange cheese cake.
