Spanish cuisine is highly influenced by seafood available from the water surrounding Spain. From example, Seafood paella is originated from Valencia – a province at the east coast of Spain. The rice tasted a bit like Biryani rice. Personally, I prefer Chicken with Spanish green sauce for the main course. The green sauce tasted unique and good. The Spanish creamy shrimp soup was like seafood chowder with fresh ingredients. If you like steamed egg custard in Ipoh, you definitely like Spanish creama catalane.
