All Conference Rooms are located at Level 1 (former Sesame & Soy location) of G Hotel Gurney and it can accommodate a variety of group size, from small intimate meeting groups to magnificent wedding celebration up to 120 seating capacity.
We were recently invited to review their new conference rooms and coffee break. The moment we walked into the room, we were welcomed by acoustic music powered by Bose sound system. It has a compact tower-size loudspeakers delivering 180 degrees of horizontal sound coverage and the smoothest tonal balance.
The design concept of the Conference Rooms comes with one sided glass window for a relaxing greenery view and also allowing natural daylight to shine into the room to fill the ambiance with bright energies, keeping the momentum alive throughout the meeting sessions.
Other fantastic faculties and amenities that guests are able to enjoy are Herman Miller designer work chair, complimentary 150Mbps WIFI, new carpet, teleconference and video conference equipment, audio-visual and lighting. Among them, Herman Miller chair is the highlight. The American company is widely recognized as innovator in contemporary interior furnishings and solutions for healthcare-related environment. The super ergonomic chair allowing you to sit whole day without having backache. We tried it personally and it was by far the best working chair we ever sit on.
A full day package comes with a buffet lunch and two newly introduced Themed Coffee Breaks out of the following three themes – Chocoholic Theme, Healthy Theme or Truly Malaysia Theme.
