Restoran Yaki Teppan – Probably the most affordable in town

Restoran Yaki Teppan

Restoran Yaki Teppan

Located same row with Hakka Mee shop is a Japanese restaurant called Yaki Teppan. As the name applies, it is famous with teppanyaki. There is a counter in which chefs are preparing food on metal plates. When the restaurant is crowded, the dining hall may become smoky. The situation, however, seems improving now.

As shown in the tag line, it is probably the most affordable Japanese restaurant in town. With less than RM10, you can order one fish set. The most expensive set in the menu is still just RM29.90. Furthermore, there is no service tax applied.

The teppanyaki is quite delicious and come with garlic rice. There are various chicken/seafood combos in the menu. The main dish usually comes with bean sprouts and cabbage.

Salmon

It has some special dishes as well such as Salmon Salad which made of fresh vegetable salad topped with salmon slices. Definitely an healthy choice.

Due to high competition there (there are overall 7 food outlets in one row), the restaurant may have less people during lunch time (which may be a good thing for someones and no for others). As a whole, if you like teppanyaki and is looking for an affordable one, you should visit this restaurant.
