Seed Natural Food Cafe is one of a healthy food cafes in Penang island and is previously located at Nagore Road, Penang. Unfortunately, its previous working hour was only until 6pm and closed on Sunday. As a normal shift worker, we were unable to visit it. Fortunately, its new outlet at Abu Siti Lane brought us some good news.
Many said that your visit to Penang is considered incomplete if you did not try out Assam Laksa in Penang. Yes, it is a bowl of soup noodle with broth made of mackerel, tamarind, chili, Vietnamese mints (laksa leaves), and ginger buds to name a few. One of the famous spots for Laksa in Penang is in Air Itam town.
Just between you and me, the lounge at G Hotel Gurney is our favorite stop-by when we walk between Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza thanks to its cozy and spacious environment. We will either use its toilet or take a short break on its sofa before continuing our journey into those shopping malls which rarely have any bench for shoppers to rest. Now, instead of just resting your feet, G Hotel Gurney has more to offer.

For us, dining in a Western restaurant with dim environment usually mean one thing – the owner doesn’t want you to look at your wallet clearly, so that you will be less painful when paying the bill.
