Last week, a group of food bloggers including little birdie such as myself were invited for food review in one of the restaurants – Noodle Stations – the Kulim’s Landscape Central branch. Noodle Station is a chain halal restaurant with the first restaurant opened in Kota Bahru, Kelantan.
A Hidden Gem in Penang
Ok, this time is not a farewell meal but also a place worth multiple visit. Hidden in Sungai Ara there’s a kitchen specialized in healthy vegetarian food. Furthermore, it is Japanese vegetarian. Let’s see how good the food is. Continue reading

Sungai Ara Zhu Cha
Hello,
People came, people left. That’s working life. It is sad to see some good colleagues leaving. Good thing is, you can enjoy nice farewell lunch with them sometimes  I asked myself sometimes, “What is the purpose of having farewell meal? Enjoy the food or enjoy last moment with fellow colleague?”. Anyway, today I bring you to a Chinese restaurant in Sungai Ara, Penang, namely…. Sungai Ara Zhu Cha in which we celebrated a colleague’s farewell there.
Weld Quay Restaurant
Hello,
How was your Hari Raya holiday? I spent the holiday sleeping at home until head also become flat. No nice food to try during holiday due to tight budget :poor: Anyway, two weeks ago we visited this restaurant – Weld Quay Restoran for a colleague’s farewell lunch, in which we found the price was quite reasonable.
Vintage Bulgaria Restaurant & Bar
Jiat lat! It had been one month since I visited Vintage Bulgaria at Tanjong Bungah for Penang Food Blogger 4th Gathering (15th August). It was a nice experience gathering with floggers. It is time to dig out those photo I took (in dark environment, again) and post them here. Those participated food bloggers seeing the appearance of this post at this time sure laugh until roll out to main road and ramped by lorry.

Bali Hai Seafood Market
Some companies do have “buddy system”, in which newcomers will be assigned with a mentor who is usually one of the employees as well. Some companies also provide “buddy meal”, in which both mentor and newcomer are entitled for a meal with limited budget. Low pay and bad attitude workers like me usually don’t have buddy. “Thanks” to one of the meal participants who had other matter to attend, I was replacing him to join the buddy dinner at Bali Hai Seafood Market, Gurney Drive
Pastamania @ Gurney Plaza
Once I can’t differentiate between pasta and spaghetti but after visiting Pastamania at Gurney Plaza (next to cinema), it is clearer now. Pasta is an Italian term of “paste”, which is generic name for all kind of pastes made of flours, eggs or egg whites. Spaghetti is one type of pastas which is thin, long and cylindrical. I visited this restaurant as they provided 30% discount for student (remember to bring your badge and show to the host when ordering) from Mon – Fri (2pm – 6pm) so that poor students like me got chance to try foreign food.
